Coach Pey Morris, Soft Tissue Specialist - CEO & Founder, Apex Athletics & Aesthetics
After 12+ years of international study and real-world application in soft tissue science, I’ve earned a reputation for delivering care and programming that bridges the gap between rehab & recovery, performance & physique. I didn’t get here through theory, I got here through work.
I’ve spent over the past decade inside clinics, athletic facilities, and on gym floors not behind a phone or computer screen. I’ve worked with thousands of clients, including high-level professionals across the NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC, and the IFBB Pro League.
These experiences didn’t just shape my approach, they refined it.

My own journey started as a competitive boxer, where I first became obsessed with performance. Later, bodybuilding taught me the role fascia plays in sculpting & developing the physique. Merging those two disciplines, function, growth & development gave birth to the methodology I now bring to every athlete I coach.
Whilst I’m proud of what I’ve built, I’m just getting started.
